It wasn't until decades later that I realized there is always a macron (the name of which i just had to look up) above the I in Live's name in their official logo that's on all their album covers

Look at these chart peaks for these singles. This is weird, but this sort of tracks with my DMV associations of "Rain King" as a DC101 song and "Einstein on the Beach" as an HFS joint. Neither song sounds particularly more or less "alternative" than the other, not in 2024 or in 1994.
