9. Silent Hill 4
This is my FAVORITE Silent Hill and the one I invested the most time into. I loved reading the extra stories. Walter is something of a sympathetic villain, and I loved that Henry was just a normal guy that got dragged into it with no demons of his own to fight. Awesome stuff.

This game has blasted into my top 10 of all time. It's just... idk man. It's a fucking banger. WHAT MORE CAN I SAY THAT I HAVEN'T YET?? From a creative perspective, you just cannot find storytelling done as well as this game. Unreliable narrator, time jumps, etc. Fantastic.

Beautiful music, art, storytelling - the graphics were unique for their time. I never saw dragons designed the way I had seen them here, and it taught me to think more outside the box.

I feel like one of the best exercises you can do is make up an insane scenario and ask how these characters would respond to one another's actions or words, or what they would do for or against each other, etc.
