Some think it’s biased to the right, some to the left. What is objectivity anyway other than reporting the truth (which they didn’t do here). As soon as you analyse or discuss it’s subjective. I don’t think it’s possible to do any more than report fact without being seen as biased by someone

Or something about being pulled up if they lie and instructed to apologise or treating everyone with respect all the time? I believe that’s usual in all other workplaces? And repeat offenders would be dismissed.
Btw regarding your first suggestion I think we’re going to need a bigger step…

Running surveys on this crazy type of lunacy only encourages them. Is there not any filter applied? Can anyone just suggest anything and you do it?
