The enabled-by-default tooltip for wounds gives away the trick of the hidden transmitter. You'd have to be purposely not removing it to get jumped by the Spetznatz now, and the "Cure" notifier will be there the whole time.

The dark shadow that drops over the screen when stalking. I don't need a giant indicator of sneak mode! Snake already has special animations, I'm holding the dedicated sneak button, and he moves *considerably slower.* I know that I'm sneaking.

The Ocelot fight is predicated on the idea that you're able to see the entire level at once! It's not that Ocelot is out of sight from YOU, it's how you can get Snake to have a clear shot while avoiding ricochets.

You can't change the camera style from top-down to over-the-shoulder at will. Subsistence on the PS2 did that! Importantly, the game was designed for the upper camera, and the switch from a sky view while sneaking and the closer camera for action is needed. But you can't switch now!
