Lawn sign collection time! These past few days since our successful election, volunteers and I have been scooping up the many ‘We Like Mike’ signs across the city. Thank you again to the thousands of residents who displayed a sign supporting our campaign at any point this year.

The Pontiac Creative Arts Center on Williams Street was built in 1898 as our city’s — and the county’s — first library. The nonprofit-led building is still going. And now the historic, vulnerable brick exterior is finally being repaired. That’s a win for Pontiac! #LetsGoPontiac

Was able to visit the Día de los Muertos festivities at both the Pontiac Creative Arts Center and the Pontiac Public Library today. Wishing a meaningful holiday to all who celebrate. 🧡🕯️
