Fixed a bug. Shipped to production. All before getting out of bed.

Like many engineering leaders, I still enjoy getting hands-on with side projects on weekends. This morning, I woke up to a Sentry alert.

AI enhances software engineering teams, not replaces them.

While AI and engineering velocity are discussed, how does it impact teams, hiring, and product delivery? I share my perspective on AI as leverage, not a replacement.

Listen, I love being a leader. I love the energy of my teams, getting to know so many amazing personalities, and doing the best I can to bring out the best in them. Having said that, I often miss writing code and being the nerd in the corner with headphones.

Question: How useful would it be to have a place to see trips others have planned and shared publicly for travel inspiration?

Perhaps travel agents or influencers could share them, etc.

I'm working on something, DM me if you want to see an early preview

went for a walk to grab some coffee, had the idea to update pricing for @planharmony.com.

Now upgrades are subscriptions are cheaper to drive even more conversion! 🤞

$6.99 - Single trip upgrade

$9.99 - Yearly sub (unlimited trips)
$0.99 - Monthly sub

The math is based on ~2 trips/year
