Today I made a loaf of "Swedish" Sourdough Rye 2.0. Version 1.0 had several shortcomings including a slightly burned crust.
I still have a few teaks that I need to do to make a "good" loaf but even loaf 1.0 is very good. I am looking forward to loaf 3.0.
