Our family doctor had 2 observations about Hospital vs Home Delivery.

1) IF -- G-d forbid -- something goes wrong, the hospital has 2 operating rooms down the hall from Labor and Delivery.

2) After it's all over, someone else -- hospital staff -- cleans up.

If I was the judge, I'd bring in the grand jurors individually to ask them if they saw and voted on the 2nd indictment.

Can you copy and paste ANYTHING from Article 1, Section 8 that give Congress the power to regulate where any person resides?
November 20, 2025 at 9:51 PM
I wonder, since all so-called immigration law is Unconstitutional, how any real American can support regulating where any person resides?

Start with "The California State Police".

Well, considering that the downhill slide began in the 1830s when the out of band method the Framers expected to enforce norms, duels of honor, was banned in DC. I'm surprised we made it this far.

They could have gone with "appears to violate the law"

Armies don't protect property from physical damage.

Armies destroy property so they can occupy it. Don't forget your Clausewitz.

The preponderance of evidence in Doe v. Trump, 1:16-cv-07673, (S.D.N.Y.) shows that in 1994, Donald Trump raped a 13 year old girl, a sex slave trafficked by Epstein and Maxwell.

If you support a child rapist like Donald Trump, the problem is YOU.

You are aware that since Depp paid Heard a settlement, nothing the jury said in VA counts legally, right?

So, the lesson here is go right to contempt, and put him in jail until he complies.
October 31, 2025 at 11:49 PM
The Judge should have gone straight to contempt after ruling that her order was disobeyed.
October 31, 2025 at 11:40 PM
Well, our constitution is very poorly written.
October 31, 2025 at 11:21 AM
Duels. The Framers expected norms to be enforced by -- if necessary -- challenges to resolve it upon the Field of Honor.

When DC banned them in the 1830's, this nation started falling to shit.

Everyone knew he was senile when he started ranting "They're eating the dogs, the cats..."

But Republicans will even support a child rapist if it helps them "own the libs", which is the only thing they care about.
October 29, 2025 at 12:16 PM
Counterpoint: Since DC banned duels of honor in the 1830's, this nation has gone to shit, but it's way past time for Adelita Grijalva to call out Johnson for his disrespect.

100% estate tax after the first 10 million. If your kids aren't worthless, they'll earn their own fortunes.

I remember when grunge made flannel popular and I was like, "Ur?"

It was, indeed, peak compositing of miniatures and effects.

To be fair, Donald Trump was not convicted of fraud. He was convicted of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in the first degree.

However, he has been found liable in civil court for acts of fraud, sexual abuse, and defamation.
October 24, 2025 at 11:42 AM
For the record, There's the felony conviction on 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree. There's two jury verdicts and an appeals court holding him liable for sexually assaulting and defaming E. Jean Carroll, and there's the verdict of liability for fraud.
October 22, 2025 at 8:39 PM
I think that if he wants the money, he has to go through the trials and be acquitted by the juries.
October 22, 2025 at 10:01 AM
Until the 1830's, there *were* supposed to be duels when someone tried to violate norms.
October 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM
The Constitution's effectiveness is predicated on one simple thing the Founding Fathers had.

Duels of Honor.

And this country started going to shit in the 1830's when DC outlawed them. That was what the Framers intended as an out-of-band method of enforcing norms.
