It feels like basically any game that comes to Game Pass (so is available on xcloud) will eventually be streamable if you own it. Makes sense

If you cant sign in on PSN, surely that means you cant play online? So if online play was only impacted 65% of the time on Xboxs downtime that makes 40 times people couldnt play online, against the 49 times people couldnt play on Playstation?

This is why I worry about Xbox giving away its competitive state. PS barely trying as is (outage with barely updates, no regional PS5 pricing, charge you extra for stand) inagine what they can get away with when theres no other company to keep them competitive.
