The building got various issues regarding the outer facade, indoor cladding of walls (see attached picture), uneven floors…
Many seats are not comfy as armrests are positioned too high. During my first visit in 2023 some of the seat covers were already wasted due to problems with the fabric.

TPAC offers an amazing variety of cultural events. The construction quality of the building however is not very convincing.
