What got me wondering about the garlic/onion thing is that there are two brands of pasta sauce that don't use either of them, being a "sensitive stomach" variety, and I literally have had a better time with those. I'd really love to see YouTube chefs stretch their creativity and do without them.

Hey, YouTube chefs, got a question and request. Do you guys know how to flavor any non-dessert dish without garlic or onions? Most of what I watch, it's literally the first thing you guys reach for. Some of us can't have either of those. Consider this a challenge. Can you go without them?
