Whatever the failings at a national level, it is far worse in local elections. We have mayor's, with extensive powers, who have been elected by around 10% of the electorate.

Yes, no one has simply explained about home ventilation. We were always told that we needed to ventilate a home to avoid condensation, mould, and illness. It now seems we have to do the opposite with heat pumps, but no one that I have seen has clarified the above points.
