How tragic for Marshawn Kneeland. Only 24 yrs old, on top of the world playing for Dallas Cowboys, yet he takes his own life. U never know what people are dealing with. Don't be afraid to say U need help. Take care of your mental. Talk about it.

A Harvard Business Review says that daily loneliness is the equivalent of smoking 15 cigarettes each day. I've experienced that. Find someone to talk to, to be with, to hang with, enjoy life with. Don't go through this life alone. It's not good.
