#Dodgers announce that 1B Freddie Freeman underwent surgery today on his right ankle consisting of debridement and the removal of loose bodies. The procedure was performed by Dr. Kenneth Jung at Kerlan Jobe in LA. The World Series MVP is expected to be ready for spring training.

#Dodgers announce that 1B Freddie Freeman underwent surgery today on his right ankle consisting of debridement and the removal of loose bodies. The procedure was performed by Dr. Kenneth Jung at Kerlan Jobe in LA. The World Series MVP is expected to be ready for spring training.

#Dodgers exec Andrew Friedman coveted Tommy Edman for years before acquiring the super utility man at trade deadline. Now that they finally have him, and after Edman helped fuel World Series run with NLCS MVP honors, they made sure he'll be here to stay with a 5-year, $74-million deal.

Shohei Ohtani is the 12th player to win 3 or more MVPs. He joins Frank Robinson as only the second player to win in both the AL & NL. And he does it for a third time via unanimous vote.
