I get very anxious thinking about things like trying to use transit in a new city for the first time. I also live in a southern city with bad mass transit. Using Google maps and the NYC subway for the first time on a recent trip was so refreshingly easy that I was absolutely addicted immediately.

I think that’s the focus of the criticism. People know what their goals are and are saying those goals are hypocritical to the message they claim to support. These videos are just more evidence of that.
