I've had an update on this. There has been a change of Officers dealing, the initial feedback has been taken into account, and revised designs prepared.

Have asked for sight of the revised plans.

There will then follow a statutory consultation as part of the Traffic Regulation Order process.

Historically we've always had quite a bit of Section 106 Funding in the Ward, but it has been a challenge to get it spent.

This was one of those perfect opportunities, community led, well supported and had the potential impact that far outweighs the initial investment.
