You don’t have to ignore who he was in order to say that murder of anyone, by anyone, is wrong.

I know some conscientious tax resisters. They generally don’t end up in jail. It requires a lifestyle commitment but I wouldn’t mock it.

The only thing I have against it: if you’re walking downtown the next time the Cascadia Subduction Zone ruptures, the ground underneath you will liquefy (since it’s built on a manmade sandbar) and after you’ve drowned you’ll be buried by a tsunami.

La Cocina’s chilaquiles are worth the risk though.

Better to not try to combine into one bar. Simple way to see disparity is % of population vs % of events (below, police use of force, but above, police killings) for each race. In ideal world, they will match.

To be clear, I agree that sports betting is a problem, as is harassment of athletes on social media, but that 1/3 statement seems hard to defend against a challenge without knowing how they came to it. Was it from a different survey? Or from this, 1/3 of just high profile / at risk athletes?

Agree the survey should focus on the specific issue of fairness in the women’s category (and won’t represent many nuanced positions).

An even more bizarre artifact: majority favor parents making vax decisions that impact public health but not trans decisions that only impact their own child.

An employee of Omniverse Corp, whose job is to explore to find livable planets to colonize, crash lands on a planet where there are humanoid aliens that the corporation has enslaved to mine ore. The aliens fix his ship and he leaves to go find help with the intent to free them. The End
