Just to clarify. I am not the incredibly awesome Canadian artist Michael Cho. Nor am I famed X-23 artist Mike Choi (humble brag, we are friends and have been for 30 years.)
I am a middle aged leftist and I spend my free time helping marginalized people and communities protect and defend themselves

They are snatching my neighbors and I all I want to do I grab my rifle and try and protect them. But that’s also how I end up dead, and the more of my neighbors will suffer.

He was a fascist. He promoted violence against the most vulnerable. Said that Hitler was right. Believed that women should not have rights. He was a Nazi who tirelessly recruited young people into his Nazi movement. I celebrated the death of a fascist and I always will.

I get why people don’t like the sound of F-16’s over the city. But it’s the air show, it’s one weekend and it’s over. That’s what living in a world class city sometimes means. Listening to one the last noises Palestinians hear before their starving families are buried under rubble.

There is a shop near where I get my hair cut, that is serving ketchup smoothies. I think I should try one when I’m down there. It’s not the worse choice I’ve scheduled.

A really cool thing in jiujitsu is feeling when your teammates are getting better. More confident. More aggressive. And that is the hint for me to get better too.

Tonight my training partner had at least 50 lbs on me. It was awful. But I survived. Jiujitsu be like that.
