They swapped 67 with 74 after the second. He scored with Domi and Holmberg on the ice with him.

Thought it was him at first, tbh, based on where everybody else was on the ice. Was shocked he didn't bury it, then saw who it actually was.

Someone said something similar on Overdrive yesterday. Marc Methot maybe? Something to the effect of "the league knows it does better when Toronto does well".

My favourite is the corner of Wealthy and Primate in Mississauga. Found it a few summers back on a bike ride

I prefer when languages allow (or even enforce, like in Go) a trailing comma after every element when a list is on multiple lines. This seems like maybe it's a similar principle?

Think I heard someone on the broadcast tonight say they're at the roster limit, so I think someone would have to be sent down first. But yeah that seems like a good plan if they can swing it.

Hey, I've noticed that the last couple podcasts of yours have shown up with the wrong date. Today's show says it came out on Tuesday. This has happened a bunch, and it means that the new episodes don't show up in my New Releases feed, so I sometimes miss them. Using Pocket Casts, btw

Not Everest, but would highly recommend the movie Meru. Climbing doc about another mountain in the Himalayas

Minten made at least one very slick pass to Marner in the offensive zone while they were on the PK, which ended up in a really nice scoring chance for Minten. Didn't convert, but thought it was a good moment

The cameras kept cutting to him on the bench. I think you're not the only one with that feeling

Funny how it so often shakes out that way, huh?

This was my hunch too when I first saw it. Suspected Parros might go light because Reaves is the same archetype he was. It should be a long one, but it won't be.

Should put bike lanes in his street
November 14, 2024 at 3:26 AM
I'm sure I'll buy one someday. No space/need for it really at the moment, the bikeshare network is good enough for my needs. But I can absolutely see a future where I have one and use it regularly.

Yeah I've definitely noticed there's almost always ebikes at the stations when I walk by. You love to see it

And tell Doug Ford to stay in his lane, and out of ours.

I suspect that this isn't news to most people here who will see these posts, but it's a conversation I try to have with people in my life who are sick of being stuck in traffic. I encourage everyone to do the same!

I see lots of people biking their kids around my neighbourhood using e-cargo-bikes, which is nice. Sucks when they have to share lanes with aggressive drivers on fast roads. E-bikes + safe protected infrastructure would be a game-changer for traffic in Toronto (and basically everywhere else)
