I have both. I got a really nice Four Seasons selection from Wildwood. But I've run out of Modena balsamic, but maybe I could justify flying to Bologna just to restock!

Now I'd love to see a similar list for irish suppliers of quality balsamic vinegar. I'm nearly out of what I picked up in Genoa some time back for just €12.

I was lucky to squeeze in a visit there last year. Just need to save up to bring the rest of the family for a vacation across the south west.
