Great first half and should have scored more. But tactically outdone in the second. Should have brought the subs on when we were being overrun and left it ridiculously late to make the changes we needed. Farke on a good run, but was poor tonight.

I appreciate there’s a bottomless pit of a market for any form of cricket in India, but for the rest of us it’s gone beyond saturation and series like England’s current one just become irrelevant, boring sideshows.

I thought Harry Brook was going to apologise for his batting, which concerned me much more this winter than anything else he did. But, he even got a dig into his apology, saying he would never apologise for wasting his immense talent at the crease. 🤷♂️
