Hopefully ... but when? Re-opening the (mothballed) Oxford end of East-West Rail has taken years & trains still aren't running a year after the track work was completed. Passenger trains on the Oxford to Cowley freight branch is still just a plan..

It must be getting close to one year since the line was completed and ready for traffic. The lack of a passenger service is an embarrassing fiasco.
