Can we say these votes are necessarily "lost" if they're comparing different electoral systems? E.g. Plaid Senedd voters who vote Labour under FPTP

There's buses around Bromley at the moment that charge overhead when they reach the end of the bus route. Pair it with more bus lanes and I think we're on to something! Though of course it suffers from the same issues as ideas like Bus Rapid Transit.

True but I think governments get leeway when they drop less important promises, and the Lib Dems underestimated the amount voters associated them with the free tuition pledge.

this seems more of a devolution problem rather than a problem with the actual scheme. UK govt pushed back because it wanted a UK-wide consistent approach.
