Also as of my last check, 35% of all military families (1-2 actively serving adult servicemembers who are married or domestic partners + any dependents) rely on SNAP benefits, which is up 10% in the last 10 years.

-39% of SNAP users were Americans under the age of 18
-19% of SNAP users were 60 or older
-60% of SNAP benefits went to families with children
