Nor me - but then again, I’m not a lawyer, nor have I properly studied sentencing guidelines, so why should it?

I practiced EBM 1987-2020. 5yrs of skilled rheumatologist & skilled anaesthetic Pain Clinic failed to resolve my coccyx pain. Then an Osteopath diagnosed displaced coccyx in 5 mins and fixed it in further 2 mins. I’ve now been 100% pain free x 15 yrs. Your “quacks & charlatans” quip = prejudice.

Do you think this benefit should remain universal because thresholds always exclude deserving people? Yet the previous arrangement discriminated against those who were slightly too young despite having equal (or more) need than some getting the £. We’re only in this mess because Tories messed up.

The characters are wonderful but beware of the dark side; Nigel was well-liked and didn’t want to leave so the Producers arranged for him to have a fatal accident 😥… that’s when I ran and never listened again.

Thanks for this. I’ll try to copy & paste your message and the link onto my fb page for my non BSky contacts.

That’s my impression too. Surely there’s a non-prof medic or retired medic group somewhere? If all else fails I may circumnavigate the globe with Michael Palin while he teaches how to iron shirts & flower arrange “the man’s way.”

This is utterly tragic & I take the point about shortage. The account here leaves me wondering: 1. Did the dentist recognise anaphylaxis & aim to give adrenaline? 2. Asking for cetirizine tabs implies Hannah was conscious; it takes <90sec to grab syringe, needle & draw up adrenaline.

Mel Stride is prob the least loony-Right of them all. His majority must make him a poor choice (only got back by 61 votes)

I’m content to read it as an amusing tall story or to delight in her having received prompt perfect CPR.

I deeply sympathise. 15 yrs of English GP was my tolerance limit; I moved to Alberta where my work was clearly valued & appreciated far more than the bashing received over here.
