Everything doesn’t have to be for everyone’s consumption, and honestly shouldn’t be. Energy connects us all and every single thing big or small in our lives.

🗣️ I don’t know who needs to hear this but it’s time to cut them off. You gave them a lot of grace and they continued to play in your face. Times up, it’s a dub, lesson learned in and through the experiences, move on, next chapter.

You can work your passion(s) and goals in between it “all”, the 9-5 don’t stop the grind and drive!!! Whatever you want to do, DO IT!! Whatever you want to go after, GO GET IT!!! There isn’t one-way to do life, do you!!!!

I just be chillin’ being me and doing me. Life already complicated enough on its own, I mean do you see the times we are ALL living in?! So for that reason, I really do just be chillin’, vibin’ and lovin’ in between the chaos.

I don’t know who this is for, but on the other side of your “shame” is your “freedom.” Take your time getting there, and finally exhale once you’re there, and lean into your being, that’s true peace.

People love to scream “I’m in therapy” but never do the inner-work or apply what they’re addressing in therapy. What’s the point?! Therapy isn’t an aesthetic. What are you taking away from being in therapy, how are you applying it to yourself and relationships, to your healing?!
