I have had many referrals for "recurrent CDI." Typical case: sx for many months, 3-4 BM/d, no nocturnal symptoms, no response to multiple courses of vanc or fidax, persistent PCR+, toxin-, fecal calprotectin low. Anyone think this is CDI?
