Yes, the administration has signed over 40 executive orders. A lot is happening. They are trying to make you crash out.
Don't. Crash. Out.
Pick 1-2 issues to focus on and start there. Stop trying to focus on it all.
It's all a mess. Just 1 or 2 right now.

I encourage you to continue to use resources such as archive.org to find removed resources and data. And if you have the ability, donate to them to help them maintain the archiving of such important information!

As someone who is getting my masters in health communication, it is scary to see public health data, resources and more being removed from the CDC site, health information being accessible is what allows people to make their own informed health decisions

It is a dangerous play to vilify an "other" and blame a tragedy upon those unlike you. You set the precedent that they deserve the mistreatment that will be coming to them and start to separate them from their humanity

Although some people can't handle facts that contradict their beliefs, do not ever stop bringing up the facts. Don't allow them to erase the truth

A quick reminder: For every $1 of research funding, NIH generated $2.46 in economic activity. This includes funding jobs in all 50 states. This isn't a red/blue thing: 8.9 jobs per $1M in CA & 12 jobs per $1M in GA. #AcademicSky #PhDSky #MedSky #HealthSky #healthequity #SciComm

I’m telling everyone: Do not open the door or say a word unless you’re expecting someone and know exactly who it is.

Know your rights. Pass these around…

For SoCal friends,

Here is a list of resources for shelter, animal boarding, free items, and distribution hubs. These places can also use donations (e.g., food, water, masks, and blankets). Please consider donating if you can.

I tend to be eager to celebrate peoples wins. It's who I am. But there are people out there who do not vibe with it. Because they would not cheer on others in the same way.

My cheering them on makes them question themselves and can at times turn into hatred. But that has nothing to do with me ✨
