Yeah, I don't love that it took them this long. (Definitely has something to do with the midterms) But I guess I can't complain too much, I just won't be sending them flowers for finally doing their job either.

While politics overall are more than a left vs right fight, on this issue specifically the democratic party is standing up for their constituents. Which is surprising given their track record. 😐

I understand you're scared, however the alternative where the government goes back in place with the current bill for the extension would not only cut funding for trans healthcare, but also gut ada disability benefits.
