If I can't be seen at NHS for months, but same Dr at the same hospital will see me Privately in 3 wks, it appears that the line between NHS & Private is crossed at will, to meet targets & generate profit.
Allocate un-utilised 'private time' to the NHS instead.
Maybe Privatisation by other means?
