When you’re hungry but you have to many cravings at once so you make them all.
Seared ribeye steak (cooked rare) with a four cheese grilled cheese sandwich cooked in the juices of the pan I cooked the steak in. Cheeses were Gouda, Muenster, Pepper Jack, and Havarti.

Another year passes by and when I look back I’d say this has been overall an amazing year.
Definitely had more up’s than down’s this year so I’ll take that as a win.
