huh. I haven't posted on my blog in more than 6 months.

It's time I changed that.

It feels almost bittersweet terminating my (currently) oldest public-facing webserver, which has been happily chugging along for almost 8 years now. It's a horrible abomination and really needs to go, and is being replaced by cheaper, lower maintenance alternatives.

But it's sad too.

Bluesky recently added support for sharing video, which was a key feature required for mass adoption of the platform. Some things I would like to see added:

- Proper MFA support (security keys, totp codes)
- Private lists (there is an open github issue for this, but it's been silent for a year)
