In this context, tracking is about eating enough calories to support new movement and growth; it's about doing the *opposite* of the "tracking to shrink" thing. Sure, tracking is tracking, but the goal + end state are different. To call it "obsessive" to mean "harmful" (I guess) feels disingenuous

(Also: "She tracks cardios and macros"? I guess that's supposed to be "calories")

Seems like an effort to suggest that tracking/eating for strength is potentially just as "obsessive" as the kind done for pure weight loss. That can be, sure, but:
