How come? It is a real threat. People do engage in self-censorship to avoid death threats. It is not exaggerated fear, it is a rational response to a genuine threat.

Simplistic view. He ignores things like teachers getting murdered for showing an image of Muhammad in class.

Groups like Hamas and Hezbollah have armed wings tied to their ideology. Likud doesn't have a paramilitary wing tied to its ideology, it exerts influence through elections and policies.
Calling political parties or national militaries terrorist organizations is a misuse of terminology.

Militaries can commit atrocities, but the purpose of a military is different from that of a terrorist organization. The IDF is loyal to a civilian government, whether it's left-wing or right-wing. Its main purpose is national defense, not ideological terror.

There are clear laws on enforcing blockades – Israel’s interception of the Madleen raises serious questions
Blockades may be used in wartime, but only if they meet 5 legal conditions. Have Israel’s actions complied with the law?

Amerikanska poliser är inte fascister. Falsk och barnslig jämförelse.

Context needed. What is the reason for the arrest? What did he allegedly do?

Idiot protestors. Harassing and disrupting law enforcement.

Sluta missbruka ordet kidnappa. Det är en enorm förolämpning för alla människor som på riktigt är eller blivit kidnappade.
Att bli gripen och utvisad efter 20h för att man försökte komma in i en krigszon är inte kidnappning.

I don't hold the view that militaries of countries are terrorist organization. Likud is not a terrorist organization, it's a political party. I do, however, think that Irgun (pre-independence militia) was a terrorist organization.

Yes. If this poll is accurate, and 64% of Israeli agree with the claim "there are no innocent people in Gaza", then I do condemn them for having a collectivist mindset. That is an immoral and stupid position. While it's true that many Gazans supported Oct. 7, that doesn't justify collective blame.

No, this isn't my whole thing. I wrote this because when I learned about this, I felt like I wouldn't want to vote for him if I were a US citizens living in New York.
Hamas claims they are a resitance movement, but their ideology and tactics make the terrorist label appropriate.

Calling the Oct. 7 massacre "armed resistance" is whitewashing terrorism. By marching with PSL, Bowdoin SJP signals tolerance of PSL praising terrorism. Since Mamdani co-founded Bowdoin SJP, he bears responsibility to condemn its ties with terrorist sympathizers. Silence implies approval.
