Also had to do quite a bit of food delivery (at least for a while it was booming towards the end of covid). But it all put me in a bad spot for having time to study and fulfill GA commitments.

My first year as a DA student my stipend was only about $660. It wasn’t even enough to pay rent, let alone other bills. Fortunately I was able to secure a better contact for the following two years but it was ROUGH. I wouldn’t have made it that year without my partner’s help and donating plasma.
