German and Romanian troops in the city commanded by eight player in different leader position. I and another player played Soviet forces that surrounded the city. We liberated the city and the axis force feed with their tail between their legs.

At least one more dagger is most likely incoming - increased prices due to raising the tarrifs. Also probably one dagger for increased unemployment that raised tariffs can cause.
