Some conversations tend to just ring all the same alarm bells from what I remember growing up, watching real people in front of me suffering cause of how intense the harassment was because of those kinds of videos & deliberate separations. That makes sense to me, yeah. Its difficult, I think, because the community feels like we're splitting under the pressure so often since the pandemic. I'm so used to any division between these groups leading to alot of avoidable pain, so I think that it puts me on edge, if I'm being honest.

Probably. I remember it as being a big enough deal that I haven't met a transmasc under 24 in NA who didn't have a personal experience directly bc of him- usually overtly negative, for themselves & everyone else, too. Thats true both irl & online, for years now.

I was moreso discussing those two to bring clarity to intracommunal fighting I've been seeing that I know for a fact was popularized by them specifically. As in, alot of the discoursers were recycling things that were said by them but no one was acknowledging this was not a new argument.
