In New Super Mario Bros., Mario cannot use a Mega Mushroom in Toad Houses. Assuming the Mega Mario form in these locations reveals that the special Question Blocks cannot be destroyed by it, and instead create a very peculiar infinite particle effect.

So I guess the I didn't paid attention to the delivery to the watermelon whaleshark and I just now checked that it got delivered on the 18th, but it isn't anywhere in my home.
So I guess either it got stolen off my porch or it didn't actually came. pretty sad about this
