Now's time to use Microwave Paint in a way perhaps no one else will ever do.
Windows 98 has a Virtual Memory Manager that doesn't screw up while trying to deal with huge usages of said memory. This advance, however, is instead completely wasted by Internet Explorer shell. Who wants to wait 5 seconds just to see the contents of a directory? Oh, yes, sure, everyone!
