Me too 😂. I feel it gives a beeter flavour if the pieces are small

I think I get it now. The oil cooking of vegetables gave the colour. I never do it like that, it must be good too but not all makes it this way. I just boil them and the looks of it is exactly as in the pictures from the article you shared. Lovage gives a nice flavour, you could try it another time
