GoalForm has start values and the amount to increase every set frequency (Run 1km today, run 1.1km tomorrow).

And so , goals are now also deleted! Turns out I wasn't passing Zustand functions through GoalLists. Also, It's now possible to know which tasks are complete, and added a button to complete the goals.

The select menu inside create a goal was having issues as when opening the tag menu it wouldn't clear itself first, so it was searching for a tag that was no longer there when it was called.
