AI development is to software engineering what industrial farming is to agriculture. Craft dev (“bio/organic”) is cute, but does it feed everyone? Does it scale?

@holdenmatt.bsky.social have a very good post about how he's working with multi agents setup. I've been doing this for months now. All model/software specific entry points (CLAUDE md, cursor rules, etc..) currently only point to my generic files.
