Made this yesterday for the non-turkey eaters. Salmon on a cedar plank, marinated with a maple ginger soy sauce. The fish fillet was so big. I had to split it up between two planks. Normally it’s baked in the oven, but oven real estate was prime. Cooked on the grill! #food
