I got in just before all the cards turned into hieroglyphs with paragraphs of rules and abilities to them. Right round the Xyz era. Nowadays I collect digimon cards since decks are a lot easier to theme

See, I entered the fandom thinking all decks should be themed like in the show, imagine my disappointment when people actually made combos where they werent intended.

never realized they changed all the music not just that. Plus its one of the last examples of them going a bit wild with the dub process. Dont recall data squad being as odd with its choices to dub, which I loved about the og seasons
