A very eventful session 6 in Arden Vul - Part 2
Plumthorn's thugs did not pursue them into the ruins, and theymade their way to the Sign of Broken Head. There they paid enough money for Kronos to let the goblins stay in the stables, while the four adventurers paid for rooms.

A very eventful session 6 in Arden Vul - Part 1
The party and their goblin regiment encountered Plumthorn's Halfling thugs and got into a pitted battle with the Halflings. Halfling reinforcements forced flight up the stairs to the Pyramid of Thoth, finally reaching the ruins

Editing and rewriting is a slog. I'm about a third of the way through, and have run into a chapter I didn't particularly like at the time, but put off rewriting just to keep my momentum going. Even worse it's a transitional chapter between Books 1 and 2, so total rewrite, here I come.

In Session 5 of the Arden Vul campaign, the party and their ever-growing group of Goblin allies pushed forward to the Great Hall, where they lured a few Beastmen into a skirmish and interrogated them. The session ended before the Statue of Thoth in the Glory of Thoth.

In session 4 of our Arden Vul campaign, the players discovered the realm of the Green Hag, met a gaunt and charmed group of starving beast men, fled the green hag and her ogres, found their way to the Halls of Thoth and met 12 more goblin allies!

Arden Vul session 3 done, in which our chaotic cleric touched the Accursed Pillar, unleashed the keqemander demon, and the whole party (sans acid-melted goblin henchman) fled into the Fungal Forest. Stealing a boat from the Beast Men, the party find the Seamly Run and safety.

Just finished Arden Vul session 2. Our brave adventurers befriended three of King Weskenim's lost goblins, and now are above the Fungal Forest staring down a deep hole while a strange pillar beckons to the south. Our chaotic cleric may find that pillar... interesting.

Finally took the plunge last night and ran my group through the first session in Arden Vul. A brief encounter with bemused Beast Men led to finding the secret entrance to the Halls of Thoth on the Long Stair. Using house-ruled White Box FMAG for that OD&D feel. A carcass creeper awaits!

I'm spending a little time Christmas Eve while the potatoes boil to work on the fourth draft of my book. Originally called "Swift Versus The Russians" (hey, don't mock me, the new working title is "Mars Ascending"), an alternative science fiction-fantasy version of Mars set during the Cold War.
