Encounter Idea. A reclusive wizard that has their tower away from any village. Has a smattering of sentient beasts to keep up the place. But a rogue creature has left and started stealing from a local village and they need help dealing with the issue.

Encounter Idea. A small village where someone went spelunking and found some mushrooms from the underdark to cultivate. The mushrooms were myconids and now they are taking over the village.

NPC Idea. A person that is somehow connected to a hive mind and because of that they have a long delay in answering. The first person connected to the hive attacks so they can see that and then they will be able to identify future hive mind people.

Encounter Idea. A building or large container that is locked and filled with water. If someone picks the lock or destroys the door the water rushes out pushing them back, if they don't the water breaks down the door and hurts everyone nearby.

NPC Idea. The NPC is actually the ghost that has possessed someone else's body. They continue to pop up in different bodies. Their path always crosses with the characters and they can't get away from them.

DnD mini game. A character that is from another plane (ie middle earth). In world they have no memory but often speak in movie quotes. Similar to how naming a demon controls them, saying their name allows them back to their home while dropping an artifact.
