I picked up some tiny mics that can handle some extreme volume recently, so I tried stuffing one in a 3D printed practice mute. Turned out better than I expected, and it's worlds better than those Yamaha silent mutes

If I'm ever in a position to throw away $10k I'm immediately buying an F tuba. I miss it so much.

Recorded something for the first time in forever lol. I've been sitting on this arrangement for five years, so why not use it to derust and get way out of my comfort zone. The trumpet playing is definitely a work in progress, but I had a lot of fun with this. 😊
