We lost our diva over the weekend 😭 Nahmi had declining liver function at nearly 14 years old. She lived a long, gloriously spoiled life and it was still not long enough for us 😞

My sister is having surgery for a brain anuyrsm. She is a mom of 4, Mimi to 8, and will be down for a while during recovery. I know I don't have many followers, but if you could at least share where you can, maybe we can financially get her thru so it is one less thing she needs to stress about.

My sister is having surgery for a brain anuyrsm. She is a mom of 4, Mimi to 8, and will be down for a while during recovery. I know I don't have many followers, but if you could at least share where you can, maybe we can financially get her thru so it is one less thing she needs to stress about.

I've been experimenting with store bought high protein pancake mix. I added Fage 0% Greek yogurt, a splash of zero sugar creamer, a scoop of vanilla protein powder, and water. Real butter on top, and even though it will still spike my blood sugar - some real maple syrup. Not bad 😊
