My genuine guess is Rocky Romero since he's done a little bit of NJPW commentary and knows this product, or maybe one of the guys from Spanish Announce Project since they really do the SAP for ROH.
But my mind always first goes to Iron Mike (I know he mostly knew AAA guys but I'd be marking out)
