One of my absolute favorite movies.

Tried to watch this one a few months ago as one of the few Kubrick films I hadn't seen yet, but bailed about 30 minutes in because it felt like a generic Old Hollywood movie. Then read that Kubrick wasn't the original director and didn't have complete control, so it kinda all made sense.

Big fat no, even if they were free.

I can't remember if I've seen this one. But I have seen DiCillo's Johnny Suede a few times and have it on DVD. I've been meaning to check out more of his stuff.
